Advanced Analytics Dashboard
Version: 3.0.0 | Shopware: ~6.7.0 | Admin only (no storefront impact)
Advanced Analytics Dashboard lets Shopware merchants build custom data visualizations directly in the admin panel — without exporting spreadsheets or setting up an external BI tool. You pick a data source (orders, customers, products, or line items), choose a metric, apply PostHog-style filters, and see your chart update in real time.
Charts live inside reports — reusable collections you can view, export as PDF or CSV, and pin to the Shopware dashboard.
What you can do
- Build charts — six visual types (line, bar, pie, donut, number card, table) across four data sources.
- Filter flexibly — add multiple property conditions (date range, sales channel, payment method, country, and more) with a visual filter builder.
- Organize into reports — group related charts, configure the grid layout (1–4 columns), and resize individual charts by dragging their right edge.
- Pin to dashboard — surface your most important charts on the Shopware dashboard for instant visibility.
- Export — download any chart as CSV; export a full report as PDF.
- Compare periods — toggle "compare to previous period" on any chart for automatic delta calculations.
Who it is for
Small-to-mid-size merchants who have outgrown the default Shopware statistics widget and want answers to ad-hoc questions ("How many orders did we get this week by sales channel?") without leaving the admin panel.
Navigation
The plugin adds an Analytics entry to the Marketing menu in the Shopware admin. From there you reach:
- Reports — your named dashboards of grouped charts.
- Charts — the library of all individual charts, with a live preview pane.
