Reward Engine

Reward Engine replaces your separate loyalty, referral, birthday and abandoned-cart plugins with one rule-based engine. You define ways to earn points and ways to redeem them using Shopware's native Rule Builder, preview the impact before going live, and keep a refund-safe audit log of every point movement.

• Loyalty points — customers earn points on the actions you choose and spend them on the rewards you offer.
• Native Rule Builder — targeting and conditions reuse the same Rule Builder you already know; no second rule language to learn.
• Referrals — give customers a referral link and reward both sides when a friend joins or places a first order.
• Lifecycle rewards — birthday, anniversary and abandoned-cart rewards run automatically on a schedule.
• Simulator — test a rule against a sample cart/customer and see exactly what would fire before you publish it.
• Refund-safe log — every reward and adjustment is recorded; refunds reverse the points they originally granted.
